Senior Software Engineer @ What's On India
Technical Skillset: C#, ASP .Net, XML, XSL, SQL.
Experience: 6 - 8 Yrs
Location: Mumbai
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
- Technically very sound and able to work hands on if required for critical issues.
- Responsible for designing and testing applications in an efficient manner with minimal supervision
- Working closely with end users
- Design and develop programming systems to function in a high performance and 100% uptime environment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to defects reported by clients in the applications.
- Review, maintain and enhance legacy code.
- Analyze, design, coordinate and supervise the development of software systems to form a basis for the solution of Information Processing issues.
- Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for programmers within the team.
- Responsible for analysis of current programs for performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to inefficient/incorrect code.
- Responsible for developing new programs and reviewing the program to develop needed changes to assure production of a quality product.
- Testing of new programs to ensure that logic and syntax are correct, and that program results are accurate; assists team with programming tasks.
- Religiously follow SDLC processes through each phase of the project.
